I am so happy with the growth that we have here at our Certified Training Center (CTC), I had to expand the schedule! We now have classes on Saturday afternoons, Gracie Combatives from 1-2pm, and Master Cycle from 2-3pm. Yes, it says Master Cycle! I have already been training Master Cycle during that time on Saturdays, and now lets make it official. I look forward to seeing the new blue belts!
We are so excited to be part of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy. We are also very happy to have the Institute of Okinawa Karate-Do (iokarate.com) share their space with us. We currently offer Gracie Combatives, our beginners adult self-defense program. Although Gracie Jiu-Jitsu consists of over 600 techniques, studies of real fights conducted by members of the Gracie Family have shown that 36 techniques have been used more often and with greater success than all the other techniques combined. Originally developed for the U.S. Army, Gracie Combatives is the only course that is entirely dedicated to the mastery of these 36 essential techniques.
